Crab & Vegetable Rainbow Rolls

I'm inspired to eat healthy today and missed doing crafts in the kitchen so I made this bundle of healthy rainbow bite snack! This is Easy, Affordable and Yummy. Sharing you the recipe!

Crab & Vegetable Rainbow Rolls
Serves: 10 rolls
Preparation time: 30 Minutes

Ingredients:

For rolls
5 rice paper sheets
1 carrot
1 cucumber
1 mango
5 crab sticks
1/2 small purple cabbage
Sauce
3 Tbs Soy Sauce
2 Tbs Honey
3 slices of lemon




INSTRUCTIONS:

• Cut the carrots, cucumber into half. Slice them into strips together with the purple cabbage and mango.
• boiled the crab stick and slice into two (so we could make 10 rolls)
• Fill a bowl with hot water and submerge a rice sheet paper until it soften.
• Carefully take it off from the hot water and lay in a flat surface.
• Fix the slices of vegetables, mango and crab stick on the rice sheet and roll it tightly
• Cut the rice sheet roll into half.
• Repeat to remaining rice paper sheets.
• For Sauce: Simply mix the soy sauce, honey and squeeze slices of lemon.







All done! Serve this colorful rolls with your family and friends! Eat Healthy!
